The story so far
The Foundation
B.Sc. Computer Science, Cairo University. Competitive programming — placed 3rd in the Faculty of Science qualification contest, 17th in ECPC 2019. Where I learned to think in constraints before I knew what a production system looked like.
Yodawy
Joined Yodawy — Egypt's leading digital healthcare platform — and spent four years building and scaling production systems for some of the largest insurance companies in the region, including AXA and MetLife. Led a team, owned complex domains end-to-end: prescription lifecycle management, claims processing pipelines, pharmacy networks, and distributed workflows across Kafka, Temporal, and microservices.
Founder Mode
Launched Dlvago on the Shopify App Store while at Yodawy. A solo product solving a real gap in MENA e-commerce — order-to-shipment sync for merchants using local carriers. Also co-founded a SaaS company, going through the full founder experience: product, team, go-to-market.
Rentlenz
Built Rentlenz — a full fleet and booking management platform for car rental backoffices. Replaced spreadsheet workflows with a real system: real-time vehicle availability across branches, booking engine, customer portal, admin dashboard. Now running in production.
Nawy
Joined Nawy — one of Egypt's largest PropTech companies. Contributing to the core property listing platform and building a product for the construction lifecycle end-to-end. Currently open for select freelance projects alongside full-time work.
